Cruise Line Claims Title for Second Consecutive Year

Olsen Cruise Lines, is pleased to announce the operator has been awarded the coveted ‘Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation’ by independent review site Feefo. This is the second year that Feefo has run this accreditation – based on genuine customer feedback – which highlights merchants that have consistently delivered great customer service. To date, Fred. Olsen has received over 10,500 reviews, of which 95% have been in the ‘Good’ or ‘Excellent’ category.
Upon departure from trips, Fred. Olsen invites guests to rate and review the service received. These ratings are used to identify the level of accreditation, and in order to gain Feefo’s top ‘Gold Trusted Merchant’ status, an average service rating of 95-100% must be achieved.
